1. By using services provided by Infinite Home, you demonstrate that you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set out in this document.

2. Infinite Home reserves the right to terminate your account if you make inappropriate or unreasonable use of services provided by Infinite Home.

3. Inappropriate or unreasonable use of services includes: providing copyrighted materials without authorization, providing obscene or offensive materials (e.g. pornographic materials), materials that violate the commonly accepted etiquette of the Internet or providing materials that are deemed by the proper authorities as inappropriate or illegal. Any such determinations will be binding on the customer, not Infinite Home.

4. Infinite Home is not responsible for any interruption of service beyond its control, and accepts no liability for any loss of services, sales or any other form of loss.

5. The customer will fully indemnify Infinite Home against liability (of any nature), which may befall Infinite Home as a result of the customer's legal or illegal use of the services.

6. "Spamming" or any type of UCE (Unsolicited commercial e-mail), is strictly prohibited, and the customer's account may be closed immediately if the customer is found to be doing so.

7. Failure to abide by any of terms outlined in this document may result in termination of service without refund.
